Angie Harmon is an American model and actress who has appeared in numerous of TV and film series through the years. Her first venture was as a popular model, prior to moving to acting. The beginning of her acting career came in 1995 when she starred on the TV show 'Baywatch Nights. She also does voice-acting and voice-overs. Harmon was able to decide in the early 2000s to pursue film as her primary focus and stop working with TV series. Following a couple of movies, she returned to her TV role. She was among of only a few actors to be photographed discreetly naked in the magazine 'Allure'. Her main work is as Detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series "Rizzoli & Isles'. As a detective, Harmon was widely praised and awarded. Angie Harmon, who has been in the industry, has only won few awards.
